Cruise control disengages when selector switch is turned off or brake pedal or clutch (on manual transmission vehicles) is depressed. Electronics are built onto the back of the servo to simplify installation. Original-style (except module for imported vehicles), steering column-mount or dash-mount command module mounts into side of steering column; it does not replace existing turn signal handle—use existing for wiper control, headlight control, horn control, etc., depending on application.
