Shatter and impact resistant. Mount to black epoxy powder-coated steel brackets. Brackets attach to bike frame at existing mounting points. No drilling required. Brackets, chrome-plated trim panels with chrome-plated acorn nuts, hardware and instructions included. Approximately 6-7/8"W x 9-5/8"H. Sold in pairs.
